Kitchen Remodeling
Kitchens Built Around How You Cook
A good kitchen remodel is mostly about storage and light. The photos in our project gallery are real Unlimited Pre-Construction work: pull-out pantries, corner lazy susans, spice racks beside a wine cooler, under-cabinet LED lighting, pull-out drawers under the sink. That detail work is where we put our care, because it is what you touch every day long after the countertops stop feeling new.
We handle the whole job in order. Demolition and haul-off, any wall or layout changes, framing and drywall, lighting and electrical rough-in, cabinets and trim, custom storage, and paint. One team means the cabinet installer is not waiting on the drywall finisher, and you have one number to call.
What We Handle in a Kitchen
Who We Do This For
Full kitchen remodels
Gut to studs, rework the layout, and rebuild with new cabinets, lighting and finishes.
Storage upgrades
Keep your cabinets and add the pull-outs, organizers and pantry systems that make them work. A fast, high-impact upgrade.
Lighting refresh
Under-cabinet LED, recessed cans and pendants over an island. Few changes make an older kitchen feel newer.
How It Works
Measure and plan
We measure, look at what is behind the walls where we can, and talk through layout, storage and lighting.
Quote and order
A written quote with scope and timeline, then we coordinate cabinet and material lead times so the crew is never idle.
Build in sequence
Demo, rough-in, drywall, cabinets, custom storage, trim and paint, in that order, by one accountable team.
The one-team advantage. If you have been meaning to add a camera at the back door, better Wi-Fi, or speakers in the kitchen, the remodel is when the walls are open. We run that cabling ourselves as part of the same job.
Kitchen Remodeling FAQ
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A full kitchen remodel typically runs four to eight weeks of construction once materials are on hand. Cabinet lead times are usually the biggest variable, so we order early and give you a realistic schedule with your quote.
Can you add pull-out pantry storage to my existing cabinets?
Yes. Custom pull-outs, corner organizers and under-sink drawers are a big part of our kitchen work, and starting there is a good way to decide whether you need a full remodel at all.
Do you remove walls to open up a kitchen?
We do layout changes, including removing walls. Load-bearing walls need a proper beam and often an engineer's sign-off and a permit, and we will tell you up front if your wall is one of them.
Will I have a working kitchen during the remodel?
Not during a full gut, so we help you plan a temporary setup and keep the dead time short by having materials on site before demolition starts.
