Interior Demolition Contractor in Atlanta
Selective and interior demolition for renovations and buildouts, done cleanly, safely and with the debris gone when we leave.
Interior and Selective Demolition
Demolition Done by the People Who Rebuild
Demolition looks simple until something is taken out that should have stayed. We approach demo as the first step of the build: protecting floors and finishes that stay, capping and making safe what is behind the wall, and removing only what the new design calls for.
Because we are also the team that frames, wires and finishes, the space is left ready for the next trade rather than just empty. Debris is hauled off and the site is broom clean, whether that is a single bathroom in Decatur or an office suite in Midtown.
Demolition Services
Who We Do This For
Residential demo
Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and walls taken out cleanly ahead of a remodel, with the rest of the house protected.
Commercial demo
Suite gut-outs and selective demolition for tenant improvements, scheduled around neighboring tenants.
Demo-only jobs
Doing the rebuild yourself or with another contractor? We will take it down to the condition you need and haul it away.
How It Works
Walk-through
We confirm exactly what comes out, what stays, and what needs protecting or shutting off first.

Demo and clean-up
Controlled demolition, debris removed, and the site left ready for the next phase.
The one-team advantage. Older Atlanta buildings can contain materials that need testing before they are disturbed. We raise that question before the first swing, not after.
What Good Interior Demolition Looks Like
Before the first swing
Utilities serving the area are identified and made safe: electrical circuits switched off and verified, water and gas shut off and capped where fixtures come out. Floors, stairs, doorways and anything staying in the room are covered. In occupied homes and buildings we seal the work area with plastic barriers to keep dust contained.
Selective, not wholesale
Selective demolition means removing only what the new design calls for. Cabinets come out without tearing the wall behind them when the wall is staying. Flooring is lifted down to a sound subfloor, not through it. Walls marked for removal are checked for load-bearing framing, plumbing, ductwork and wiring before they are opened, and load-bearing walls are not removed without a proper beam plan.
Haul-off and recycling
Debris is bagged, carried out and hauled away the same day or staged in a dumpster placed where it will not block neighbors or tenants. Metal and clean materials are separated where practical. At the end of each day the site is swept and safe.
Residential versus commercial demo
Homes call for dust control and protecting the parts of the house that stay. Commercial suites add building rules: approved work hours, elevator and loading dock bookings, certificates of insurance, and keeping noise away from neighboring tenants during business hours. We plan around both.
Ready for the next trade
The real measure of good demolition is what the next crew finds. We leave openings square, edges clean and exposed services labeled, so framing and rough-in can start without first fixing the demo.
Demolition FAQ
Do you haul away the debris?
Yes. Haul-off is included in our demolition quotes unless you tell us you have it covered.
Do I need a permit for interior demolition?
Selective demolition that is part of a permitted renovation is usually covered by that permit. Structural removals and full teardowns need their own approvals. We will tell you what applies to your project.
What about asbestos or lead paint in an older home?
Homes built before 1980 can contain asbestos or lead paint. If your project might disturb them we recommend testing first, and we will not demolish suspect materials until that question is answered.
Can you do demolition only, without the rebuild?
Yes. Demo-only jobs are welcome for homeowners, investors and other contractors.
